For the spring indoor lacrosse season, your player can wear hockey or lacrosse gear, including the helmet. They will need tennis shoes, elbow/arm pads, chest/shoulder pad, helmet and mouthguard.

For the pre-season clinics, hockey helmets can be worn instead of certified lacrosse helmets. Lacrosse helmets must be worn for regular season practices and games starting on April 10th. See the Helmet page for more information on sizing and purchasing.
